Cannabis Business Central Setup Page
The Track & Trace BioTrack Integration is an add-on to CBC functionality. Once installed, several configurations will need to be completed on the Cannabis Business Central (CBC) Setup page.
Delivery Tracking
The BioTrack Integration requires that the delivery tracking configurations for Sales and outbound Transfer post the shipment when delivery tracking is accepted and for Purchase and inbound Transfers post the receipt when delivery tracking is completed.
Destruction FastTab

| Destruction Quarantine Duration | The number hours material needs to be quarantined before it can be destroyed in BioTrack. |

Integration FastTab

| Track & Trace Active | Toggle on to view the Track and Trace integration fields in Business Central. This will have the Track and Trace fields display within Business Central - not communicate with BioTrack. |
| Enable State Integration | Toggle on for Track and Trace integration with the outside state system. This will have Business Central communicate with BioTrack for non-Cultivation transactions. |
| Track & Trace Active | Toggle on to view the Track and Trace integration fields in Business Central. This will have the Track and Trace fields display within Business Central - not communicate with BioTrack. |
| Integration API Key Per | Should be setup per User for the BioTrack Integration |
| Integration API Key | The API Key issued by the Track & Trace provider to allow integration with their system. |
| Integration API URL | The URL of Track and Trace provider. |
| BioTrack Client ID | This field appears when Integration State is set to New York. The Client ID is manage by the SilverLeaf Team and required to connect to BioTrack. |
| BioTrack Client Secret | This field appears when Integration State is set to New York. The Secret is managed by the SilverLeaf Team and is required to connect to BioTrack. |
| Enable Web Integration Log | Toggle field to keep a log of integration entries in the Web Integration Logs page. |
| Disable Web Integration Background Client | When toggled, only user created logs will be stored in the Web Integration Logs. This can be used to reduce the amount of data stored in the logs and reduce potential performance issues from the background processes. |
| Send Track & Trace Calls | Hidden field. Should be set to Before Posting when integrating with BioTrack |
| Track & Trace Useable Weight per Final Stage Lot | When enabled Final Stage Category Items will have their Useable Weight calculated based on the consumption quantities during conversions rather than taken from the Item Card. |
| Enable State Cultivation Integration | Toggle on for Track and Trace integration with the outside state system. This will have BC communicate with BioTrack for cultivation transactions. The BioTrack Cultivation Integration is an additional installation from base Track and Trace. |
Note
To download licenses for the first time in New York, users will need to configure a location that is:
- Track & Trace enabled
- Linked to a license with a BioTrack License No. on the Licenses and Permits page
- Configured with a BioTrack License No. matching the BioTrack license.
