Introduction to SilverLeaf CBC

This website contains information about how to set up and use SilverLeaf CBC (Cannabis Business Central).

In this document, the functionality of SilverLeaf CBC is described for the Cannabis Business Central (CBC) module.

Within this module it is possible to execute the following actions:

• Tag and track cannabis products alongside the regulated track and trace methods and systems for industry compliance.

• Track and validate cannabis license information on inventory purchases, sales, and movements.

• Assign unique tags (CBC Tags) to inventory lots:

  • Produce valuation based on CBC tag

  • Perform splits or quantity adjustments against tags

• Maintain a Master Variant List for quick assignment to individual items or update many items at once.

• Delivery Tracking and Dispatch:

  • Delivery driver information and signature capture.
  • Set up and track CBC Sales Territories based on geographical areas for delivery routes and trips.
  • Options to allow deliveries to be adjusted or rejected based on state regulations.
  • Generate routes and manifests with Google API based on industry regulations
  • Track cash and checks collected from customers.
    

• Create Destruction Documents based on industry regulations.

• Assign and calculate Cultivation and Excise taxes to items and item categories based on state regulations.

  • Allow cultivation tax override based on the cannabis content levels in product.
    

• Scan Worksheet for batch entry and inventory transaction postings including movements, adjustments, lot splitting, and destruction.

• New Consumption Journal in Released Production Orders to allow for ad-hoc consumption scanning and posting.

• Copy an Item from another existing item.

• Pop-up Customer notes on Sales Order entry.

• Create special Sample/Promotional Sales Orders.
