How to: Create Track & Trace Inventory Reconciliation Batches

  1. In the search, enter Track & Trace Inventory Reconciliation Batches and select the related link:

    Track & Trace

  2. Click on New to create a new Batch.

  3. Enter the below information to create a new Batch:

    a. Name: A general Name to signify what the Batch is for.

    b. Description: A Description to describe what the Batch is used for.

    c. Reason Code: The default Reason Code to be applied to the adjustments that are being made.

    d. Physical Inventory Journal Template Name: Selection of the Physical Inventory Journal Template for where adjustments will be transferred to.

    e. Physical Inventory Journal Batch Name: Selection of the Physical Inventory Journal Batch for where adjustments will be transferred to.
