Track & Trace Reason Codes

Metrc require reasons for certain types of transactions such as: delivery of a different amount of Product than shipped, Plant Waste, and when a delivery is rejected. The Track and Trace Reason Code page pulls in the Reasons set up in Metrc so that they can be mapped to Reason Codes in Business Central.

Track & Trace Reason Code Functions

Download Reason Codes…	Downloads the Reason Codes currently set up in Metrc. This function does not automatically link Reason Codes to the Reason Codes in Business Central.

The Download Reason Codes function does not automatically link the Reason Codes… from the Track and Trace system with the Reason Codes in Business Central. Track & Trace Reason Codes can be selected on the native Reason Codes List to map the Track & Trace.

The following fields will be automatically populated when the Track & Trace Reason Codes are downloaded:
