Vehicles

Vehicle Information can be accessed from the global search in Business Central. On the Vehicle Information Page, there are actions to create, modify or delete vehicles in BioTrack:

How-to: Create a new Vehicle

  1. Search for Vehicle Information and select the related link.

  2. On the Vehicle Information page enter the following information:

    • License Plate No.
    • Make
    • Model
    • VIN
    • Color
    • Year

  3. Select the vehicles to create and go to Actions/Track & Trace/Create Vehicle(s)...

    Create new vehicles in BioTrack

  4. The Vehicles will be created in BioTrack and mapped to the Vehicle Information in Business Central.
